· Work with customer to identify and install a uniform PC environment to meet the unique needs of your business and end-users

Our Hardware Break/Fix Services encompasses on-site remedial and preventive maintenance repair services, which includes:
· Diagnostics. Remote diagnostics are available upon customer request.
· Preventive Maintenance. Preventative Maintenance services necessary to keep the equipment in proper operating condition.
· On-site Repair and Maintenance. Our approach to onsite Maintenance is to isolate, repair and test equipment failures as expeditiously as possible.
· Monthly Meetings. Our designated Project Manager will hold meetings with you technical representatives a minimum of once per month.
